M(e)other
Me and an other, me and mother, m/other….. playing with words, playing with identities.
When I look in your eyes, I mirror myself. This is the first line I have written for the video- installation Automaton.
It can be also seen as a subtitle to the definition of m(e)other. Interdisciplinary, collaborations and research on my own origins are forming the two tensional poles of m(e)other, which underpin the body of my work. The recognition of the other (human in front of me) and the confrontation of the multi- souls in my breast lead to drawings, painting, installations and performances.
